Terms of Use
Understand how to use our financial comparisons, follow provider links and make informed decisions.
Last updated: October 9, 2026 · Operator: BIR BOA Ltd
1. About BRAND PASS and these terms
These Terms of Use govern your use of brandpass.pro (“BRAND PASS” or the “website”). BRAND PASS is operated by BIR BOA Ltd, a company registered in London, United Kingdom. “We,” “us” and “our” mean BIR BOA Ltd.
Our website provides information about selected financial products and services for the U.S. market, including links to independent providers and comparison marketplaces. Please read these terms before using the website. If you disagree with them, please stop using it.
These terms do not replace the terms of any lender, bank, insurer, marketplace or other third party. Nothing here removes a right or protection that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
2. Audience and eligibility
The website is intended for adults aged 18 or older researching U.S. financial products. A provider may require a higher age, U.S. residency, availability in a particular state or other qualifications.
A product appearing on BRAND PASS does not mean you qualify for it. Providers assess applications using their own requirements, which may include credit history, income, employment, existing debt, identity verification, school eligibility or collateral. Credit score alone does not determine approval.
3. Information, not personal advice
Our content is general information for research and comparison. It is not individualized financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and it does not take account of your full circumstances.
BRAND PASS provides information and referral links. We do not make lending decisions, issue financial products or operate the application process on a linked provider’s website. Contacting us does not create an advisory, fiduciary or lender–borrower relationship.
4. Comparisons, rankings and “best” selections
Our pages cover selected products and providers; they do not represent every option in the market. Titles such as “best” describe the options selected for the topic and any criteria explained on that page. They are not a guarantee that a product is the best choice for every reader.
Product suitability depends on your circumstances. A provider or marketplace listed on a page is not necessarily the lender or institution behind a particular offer. Identify the actual provider and review its terms before applying.
Rates, fees, features, eligibility rules and promotions can change. Published examples may be illustrative or may apply only to applicants meeting particular conditions. We aim to keep information useful and accurate, but cannot guarantee that every page reflects every provider change immediately.
5. Affiliate links and commercial relationships
Some links may be affiliate links. If you follow one and complete a qualifying action, we may receive compensation from a provider or affiliate network. Other links may be ordinary links that do not generate compensation.
Commercial relationships may affect which products we feature or how they are presented. Read any advertising disclosure and selection explanation on the page you are viewing. Compensation is not evidence that an offer is suitable for you, and a link does not guarantee approval or savings.
Your product costs and contractual obligations are set out in the provider’s own disclosures and agreement. Review those documents rather than assuming that a referral link determines your price.
6. Third-party websites, applications and offers
Links take you to independently operated websites. Their terms, privacy policies, security practices and product agreements govern your use of their services. We do not control their content or the decisions they make about an application.
Applications, identity checks, credit inquiries, underwriting, funding, servicing and complaints about a financial product are handled by the relevant provider or marketplace. A marketplace may connect you with multiple providers; read its disclosures to understand how your information will be used and whether checking offers or applying affects your credit.
We cannot guarantee approval, an advertised rate, availability, funding speed or a particular result. A quotation, prequalification or comparison result may not be a final offer. Only the provider’s applicable agreement determines the terms of a product you obtain.
If you have a product-related concern, contact the actual provider. You may also tell us about a broken link or inaccurate description using the contact details below.
7. Examples and estimated results
Any example, calculation or estimate on the website is for illustration. Its result depends on the assumptions and inputs used and may omit costs or conditions relevant to you.
Estimated repayments, interest, savings or approval prospects are not promises. Check the provider’s actual disclosures and use current information when comparing offers.
8. Permitted use and intellectual property
You may access and use the website for your own lawful research and personal, noncommercial purposes. You may share links to our public pages.
Unless otherwise identified, website content, design and branding are owned by or licensed to BIR BOA Ltd. Third-party names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not by itself indicate ownership, sponsorship or endorsement of BRAND PASS.
Except as permitted by law or with the relevant rights holder’s permission, do not reproduce, republish, sell or commercially exploit substantial portions of the website. This restriction does not limit quotation, fair use, fair dealing or other rights available under applicable law.
9. Prohibited conduct
You must not use the website to:
- Commit fraud, impersonate another person or submit knowingly misleading information.
- Distribute malware or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
- Bypass security controls or interfere with the website’s operation.
- Use automated tools in a way that disrupts services, circumvents access controls or unlawfully collects personal information.
- Infringe another person’s rights or engage in unlawful conduct.
- Misrepresent an association with BRAND PASS or BIR BOA Ltd.
We may restrict access reasonably necessary to address misuse, a security risk or a legal obligation, subject to applicable law.
10. Contact enquiries and privacy
Provide accurate information when contacting us, and send only information needed to explain your enquiry. Our contact form and email are for general enquiries, not financial product applications.
Do not send Social Security numbers, bank or card numbers, passwords, credit reports, tax records or other unnecessary sensitive information.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information collected through the website and enquiries. Linked providers handle information submitted to them under their own privacy notices.
11. Website availability and corrections
We may update, remove or change website content and features, and access may be interrupted for maintenance, technical problems or other reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access.
If you notice an error, please let us know. We may correct information without prior notice, but a correction on BRAND PASS does not alter an agreement you have with a third party.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its general information are provided on an “as available” basis without a guarantee of completeness, continuing availability or suitability for a particular purpose. This does not exclude any warranty or duty that the law requires.
12. Responsibility and limits of liability
You are responsible for deciding whether to apply for or enter into a financial product agreement after reviewing the relevant terms. Providers remain responsible for their products and obligations under applicable law.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for business losses arising from personal use of the website, including loss of business profits, revenue or business opportunities, or for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. Loss is foreseeable if it was an obvious consequence or was within the parties’ reasonable contemplation.
We are not responsible for a third party’s independent acts solely because we link to its website. This does not exclude responsibility for our own conduct where applicable law makes us responsible.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, gross negligence, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Any limitation applies only to the extent allowed in your jurisdiction.
13. Applicable law and consumer rights
Subject to applicable mandatory law, these terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, reflecting the operator’s UK establishment.
If mandatory consumer laws in your place of residence apply, these terms do not remove the protections those laws provide. They do not require you to give up a right to bring a claim in a court available to you under applicable law.
These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
14. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms to reflect changes to the website, our business or legal requirements. The “Last updated” date identifies the latest revision. Where required, we will provide additional notice or seek agreement to a material change.
Changes are intended to apply prospectively. Posting revised terms does not retrospectively remove accrued rights or substitute for consent where consent is legally required. Please review this page when using the website.
